1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Customization & Production

  • Design Approval: For all "Pro Team Kits," the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving final mockups, including spelling, colors, and logo placement. Once approved, First XI Studio is not liable for errors in the submitted design.

  • Color Matching: While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution settings and the sublimation process on different technical fabrics.

  • Production Time: Our standard lead time is 7-10 business days. This is an estimate and may vary during peak seasons.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All website content, including photography, branding, and proprietary "Knit Fabric" descriptions, is the property of First XI Studio.

  • Your Logos: By uploading team logos or graphics, you represent that you own the rights to use those images. First XI Studio reserves the right to refuse designs that infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service.

  • Payments must be made in full before production begins for custom orders.

5. Delivery & Risk

The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (DHL or other logistics partners). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fibo Business Limited and First XI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to performance on the field or durability beyond our specified care instructions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
