1. Production & Lead Time At First XI Studio, we don’t just ship products—we master them. Because every pro-level kit is custom-engineered to your specifications (including advanced sublimation printing and reinforced stitching), please allow a production window of 7-10 business days before dispatch.

  • Standard Custom Orders: 7-10 business days.

  • Large Club Orders (50+ units): 12-15 business days.

2. Global Express Shipping We partner with premium international carriers (including DHL and specialized logistics partners) to ensure your team gear arrives safely and on time. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA, Canada & Europe: 5–7 business days.

  • Asia & Oceania: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all full-team kit orders or purchases exceeding a specific threshold (refer to the checkout page for the latest offers).

  • Standard Orders: For individual items or smaller batches, shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on package weight and destination at the checkout.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking The moment your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey from our studio to your doorstep in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes First XI Studio ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please note that international recipients are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country’s customs department. These fees are not collected by us and are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can initiate a claim and resolve the issue for your team.
