1. Custom-Made Orders (Pro Team Kits) At First XI Studio, every kit is a unique masterpiece engineered specifically for your team.

  • Non-Returnable: Because our custom jerseys, shorts, and accessories feature your specific colors, logos, and player rosters, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Final Sale: Once a custom order enters the production phase (after design approval), it is considered final.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items Quality is our signature. In the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we will make it right:

  • Reporting Window: Please contact us at service@firstxistudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Required Evidence: You must provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement of the faulty item or a partial/full refund depending on the extent of the issue.

3. Sizing Issues To ensure a perfect fit for every athlete, we provide detailed size charts on our website.

  • As we cannot restock custom-sized items, we strongly recommend that "The Organizer" reviews our size guides with the entire team before confirming the order.

  • We are unable to offer returns or remakes for sizing errors made during the ordering process.

4. Standard (Non-Custom) Items For any non-customized stock items (if applicable):

  • You may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
